2. Purpose of This Platform

This platform is a civil, decentralized court of conscience for the collection, publication, and structured prosecution of alleged international crimes and crimes against humanity.

The site enables:

  • Anonymous or registered accusations

  • Uploading of evidence

  • Commenting and public support

  • Jury participation (after verification)

  • Publication of trials and verdicts

CICCIC is not a state court, but a digital civic tribunal initiated by a global sovereign public.


3. What Data We Collect

a) When Visiting the Site

We automatically collect:

  • IP address (pseudonymized)

  • Browser type and version

  • Date and time of access

  • Referrer URL

  • Access status / HTTP status code

These are stored for technical and security reasons, and deleted after 14 days.


b) When Registering

To submit accusations or become a juror, users provide:

  • Username (pseudonyms allowed)

  • Email address (required)

  • Country of origin (optional)

  • Additional verification data (only for jury roles)

Used solely for traceability, anti-fraud, and global statistics.


c) When Uploading Evidence or Filing an Accusation

We collect:

  • Accused person’s name and image (if provided)

  • Categories of accusation (1–9)

  • Uploaded files, documents, images, videos

  • Time and date of submission

  • Supporting commentary

Uploads are reviewed before public release or after reaching a predefined threshold (e.g., 1 million confirmed reports).


4. Cookies & Analytics

  • We use only essential cookies and no third-party ad tracking.

  • Site analytics is performed via self-hosted Matomo (fully anonymized, IP truncated).

A cookie consent banner allows users to opt out.


5. Upload Policy & Data Security

  • Files are scanned for malware

  • Executable files (e.g., PHP, JS) are blocked

  • All uploads are sandboxed and stored securely

  • Access to uploads is read-only

Daily backups are performed. Uploads serve solely as evidence in the context of public indictments.


6. Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties.
Exception: Upon request from international truth commissions, tribunals, or UN investigative bodies — unless they themselves are defendants.


7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Restrict processing

  • Object to the use of your data

8. Data Retention

  • User accounts inactive for 12 months are deleted

  • Uploaded evidence remains as part of public legal records

  • Jury decisions are archived in pseudonymized form


9. No Use by Children

This platform is not intended for use by persons under 16. Registration requires age confirmation.


10. Hosting & Encryption

  • All traffic is SSL/TLS encrypted

  • The site is hosted in the European Union (GDPR-compliant)

  • Admin areas are protected with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
